I obtained the adjustable foot peg extensions from
MV Verholen. I paid Euro 168 / US $ 230 / S$330.
It's not that the GS has a lack of legroom. Why did I buy them?
My wife is not too tall at about 1.65 m, but her legs seem longer than the average Asian girl. Her knees were always around my kidney area. With the extensions mounted, now she 'clamps' me on my hips. I feel much better, and she got even more legroom.
The extensions are certainly beautifully made
almost like an aesthetic piece of sculpted aluminum
and the lowering is respectable at about 3.5 cm
but from my feel the price is double as what it should be.
Conclusion
The MV Verholen extensions are nice and do the job perfectly well. But I would not buy them again. The reason is: This article is not expensive - it's way overpriced!
I agree with you that these should be half the price.
