HIPPO Hands FOR the GS

I ride year round, even in the dead of winter here. With that thought, I was looking for the answer for cold mornings. I decided to try HIPPO HANDS.

It was 35 degrees this morning and I rode with total comfort with my summer gloves and grip heaters on low. Quality is excellent of the HHs. They are insulated and did not flap at 80 mph. I would like the openings a little tighter but I can understand why they are loose for fast access in and out.

On my second week with these, and other than being somewhat of a eyesore wind drag, they are great. Coldest I have rode with them is 35 degrees F. My hands were warm on the grip low temp setting with only my summer gloves on. A Harley rider pulled up beside me at a stoplight and just shook his head :D

What did you expect?

H-D riders are mostly poseurs and would therefore react scornfully to something that was not chromed. H-D riders don't even know what grip heaters are. ?-(

Also, they wear those half-glove things, further evidence that they aren't really into comfort...its about noise, chrome, tattoos and tough guy image...don't get too close to H-D riders...you might catch something.
An old man with new ideas...
I know what I am talking about.
