Hi , new to gs-riders

Member of advrider since 2002.



past gs: 1996 R1100GS

current Bike: 2008 R1200GS ADV
I live in a semi rural area near milwaukee, WI
Mostly ride to commute,, maybe some trips this summer

It is a big leap from a R 1100 GS to a R 1200, isn't it? Well I don't know 100 %, because I rode a R 1100 RT 2 times only. But power is clearly a different world, I thought.

Welcome to GSRI, and let us hear about your rides! We don't have many posts or high traffic ... and frankly, I don't want that anymore. But a few more ride reports from all over the world here and then, that would be very nice.

Welcome aboard. I am active on ADV Rider also. I put on the Roll The Bones ADV Rally in Texas on Halloween Weekend. I have an 08 GSA also. :D
