Great Service Experience

Bike left me stranded yesterday at around 19:00.
- Called BMW emergency no.
- Tow truck came after 30 minutes, bike was transported to the local agent
- Next morning I received a phone call saying the fuel pump has a problem. Bike will likely be ready by this afternoon
- 13:30 I got a text message saying the bike is ready for collection
- on collection I signed the warranty invoice and rode off

Reason: There was a water break-in at the silicon sealing above the controller of the fuel pump, damaging this part. More details here: Water leakage at the fuel pump control .

You might not find that remarkable. But after 5 years of Suzuki experience, it's almost like a miracle to me.
